this statement quoted from the femina is the remainder to the age-long dormant-figure of women in 'corporate india'...
in general reference,women in india can never be a dedicated employees. may be you can blame the social structure for this or anything else????!!!
women grab special features....for instance....women in banking sector are authorised to choose there own postings...they are never assigned with field duties...blah..blah..blah!!!
a majority of them generally prefer short term services and so cannot be assigned with long term crucial responsibilities.
now the big question?
Can we think of a corporate future with key position chaired by women in india?
there a dire need for a channel to blosom female-talents!!!!
we need a robust society that goes beyond gender....we need free-hands...hands that grant freedom of thoughts, of expressions, of implementation....
god forbade if i am mistaken.....but i am a woman as well!!!
The answer is very simple only those who r very talented or who excel in their fields gradually move to TOP n be there
